The unmistakeable whitish prewar building looks rustic & old, located in a very busy daytime gourmet gluttons street within well known old town Ipoh. Parking here is touch & go, at 50 sens an hour or so via coupon,  if you can find one. Invariably most of the local office power executives & camera totting tourists will head to this shop, as also to the other 6 to 7 more coffeeshops nearby on both sides of the street.

We think Ipoh Kong Heng tho serves the best Ipoh kuei teow & white coffee in Ipoh, & at down to earth prices.

No other real kopitiams or wannabe cafes come close to the authentic old world colonial experience. Come early, preferably before 11am.
